Parties are not permitted at either apartment and we ask that noise be kept to a respectable level during the evening periods in respect of our neighbours
.As you would expect, we operate a strict no smoking policy within the property, but smoking is permitted in the outdoor seating area at the rear of the property.
Eclipse apartments are approximately a 15-minute walk from the town centre.
The Cherry tree pub is 300 metres away and a local shop for daily provisions, newspapers, etc 200 metres away.
Abbeycroft leisure centre is also just a 5-minute walk away, which offers facilities such as 25-metre swimming pool, tennis and squash courts and a fully equipped Gymnasium.
