Eclipse apartments are stylishly refurbished. The 1-bed apartment is on the ground floor and the 2-bed apartment is on the 1st floor. Each of the bedrooms has king-sized beds which can be split into 2 small singles if required.
You will find built-in USB sockets in all bedrooms, so don`t worry if you forget your charger! There is an outdoor seating area to enjoy a drink and socialise during the summer months.
Guests have access to the whole flat and are free to use as their own during their stay. Feel free to use the communal outdoor seating area at the rear during your stay.

We do request that outdoor footwear be removed when walking on the carpets in order to maintain our standards of cleanliness. If you require the king-size beds to be split as 2 singles, please let us know, otherwise, we will leave them as a double.
Parties are not permitted at the apartments and we ask that noise be kept to a respectable level during the evening periods in respect of our neighbours.
As you would expect, there is a strict no-smoking policy in the apartments. Smoking is permitted in the outdoor seating area.
Eclipse apartments are approximately a 15-minute walk from the town centre.
The Cherry tree pub is 300 metres away and a local shop for daily provisions, newspapers, etc 200 metres away.
Abbeycroft leisure centre is also just a 5-minute walk away, which offers facilities such as a 25-metre swimming pool, tennis and squash courts and a fully equipped Gymnasium.
A 15-minute walk from the town centre, where you will find the bus station and train station.
Newmarket also offers excellent taxi services. For racegoers, as the racecourses are both a mile or so out of town, there is regular, free bus transportation to and from the racecourses on race-days.
There is a leisure centre a 5-minute walk away from the property with facilities such as squash and tennis courts and a 25m swimming pool.
There is off-road parking available at the rear of the property. (There is a narrow archway to access the rear and wouldn`t be suitable for large vehicles.)
Free on-road parking is available on a first-come-first-served basis.
